	Project begins with removal of all shingles and felt to get to wood.
	All rotten wood must be cut out and replaced.

All old flashing should be removed and replaced. Moisture barrier should be applied up the sides of chimneys 5 inches and 36 inches up the rakes and eaves. Moisture barrier must be applied in all valleys. Moisture barrier must be applied around all pipe boots. Notice that wall boards must be pulled out to install new flashing beneath dormer.
